What affects the estimate?
The number of items, their condition, required materials and access affect the estimate. Removing old silicone is different from applying a new bead to a clean joint. Hidden moisture or deterioration can also change a repair, so the underlying cause needs attention before a finish is restored.

Do you work with property managers and contractors?

Can you replace worn silicone?
Silicone replacement is a service to discuss. Send photos of the joint and surrounding area. If there is continuing moisture or damage, the cause needs to be reviewed before new sealant is applied.
