A roof leak damaged the wall framing. The deteriorated framing was replaced and the wall restored, ready for everyday use again.

What needed to change
A roof leak had damaged the wall area. After the drywall was opened, deteriorated framing was visible. The first photograph shows the exposed damage at that stage.
What we did
The deteriorated framing was replaced and the wall restored. The finished photograph shows a painted closet wall with white trim and wire shelving.
The result
The exposed damaged wall became a finished surface again. These photographs document the wall repair; they do not document a separate roof repair.
