An empty niche became a dedicated laundry space with tiled flooring and bifold doors. The appliance layout is shown separately as a design concept.

What needed to change
An empty wall niche was available for conversion into a dedicated laundry area.
What we did
The niche was finished with tiled flooring and bifold doors. The completed-work photograph shows the actual space with its appliance connections. A separate image illustrates a possible arrangement of appliances, shelving and accessories.
The result
The real photographs show the niche before and after the work. The appliance arrangement is labeled Design Concept: it is a visualization, not a photograph of installed appliances.
